As we approach the end of another remarkable year, it's time to reflect on the achievements and milestones that have defined our journey over the past twelve months. From exciting product launches to expanding our customer base, 2024 has been a year of growth, innovation, and success.
We promised continued future development with Opera 3 SE and we have certainly delivered. This year, we have continued to push the boundaries of technology with several key product updates and new releases:
Online Buying: Back in the Spring we unveiled a significant milestone for the AP Automation application with the addition of the Online Buying feature. Online Buying was designed to help you take control of your indirect spend, to give you greater visibility over where your money is being spent and the ability to approve spend before it occurs to give more control and insight.
Data Connector: The Data Connector released this summer was one of the biggest additions to Opera 3 SE to date. Using the power of AI, it has allowed users to drill down into Opera 3 data further by integrating with third-party tools including Power BI, SharePoint, CoPilot and more. This has given greater insight for businesses and driven more efficient decision making.
New User Interface: The new user interface design for Opera 3 this autumn received a warm response with our Partner channel and customers alike praising the sleek, smart and modern design which is user intuitive and simple.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and their success stories are a testament to the impact of our solutions. We have been thrilled to publish several new case studies this year which highlight just how much our customers are benefiting from Pegasus solutions.
Foregale Roofing and Reinforcement Specialists: Foregale is a leading provider of roofing materials based in Hull. They described Opera 3 SE as “the beating heart” of their business and have benefited hugely from the stock and supply chain insights.
NWH Group: The NWH Group is one of the UK’s largest recycling and waste management companies based in the North East. They upgraded from Opera 3 to Opera 3 SE to drive improvements in financial management and invoice processing and have reduced the time it takes to produce management accounts by 50% since their upgrade.
G. W. E & Wright: G.W.E & Wright are an electrical contractor who had been struggling with issues such as the skilled labour shortage and the disruptions within the building industry following Covid, Brexit and the current ongoing conflicts overseas. The need for agility was top of their wish-list and they say Opera 3 SE has enabled them “to run our business in a simple way”.
We are immensely proud of our Accredited Partner Channel and are confident we have the very best providers selling our solutions and supporting our users. We pride ourselves on our strategic Partnerships and deliver regular training to our Partner Channel so they can continue to offer you the first-class service you deserve.
