Overview

You have a warehouse filled with stock and you require a more frequent check on stock levels than your current annual stock take? Stock Manager simplifies and automates day to day stock management. Using real time transactions for stock transfers, stock movements, stock takes, picking and goods in can be observed as they occur. MJM Bridge WMS Stock Manager sets a new standard for Warehouse Operations Management.

Multilocation

Multilocation manages the location of an item of stock across multiple bins and locations. Using an automated FIFO approach ensures stock will never sit in a location long enough to go out of date. This, alongside multiple quarantine locations, will allow complete stock management between bin locations.

Key Features:

• Designating newly created stock items is automated.
• FIFO rules can be broken to issue and pick stock from the quarantine bins.
• Bin transactions and content details can be checked for every bin.
• Can transfer write off, and adjust stock items.

Traceability

Traceability tracks all items using a Serial/Batch number providing the ability to oversee the movements of all items and the option to recall any faulty elements. Traceability also provides an easy way to view the enquiry table to show all movements of any item at any time.

Key Features:

• Stock movements and transfers allow the serial number of a logged traceable item to be viewed in the traceability enquiry table.
• Print off labels including the product code, batch number & SKU traceable information.
• Issue sales order and serial / batch numbers are used for stock taking.

Transaction Tab

Transaction tab allows users to see where and when stock was moved, issued, and received. Here you can also see unconfirmed transactions which is defined as a transaction that is posted in the ERP without any bin information because details of the transaction are incomplete, they will be placed into an unconfirmed transaction screen. Any unconfirmed transactions will not update WMS stock until they are completed and confirmed or discarded by an operator.
